Information Session 19 May 2005
Elsam hosted a successful information session regarding the VPP Auctions on 19 May at the Esbjerg Power Plant. A very interested audience had numerous questions about the products and the auctions. These questions and answers, along with the slides from the Information Session presentations can be seen on this website.

We have updated the confidential section of the VPP website:
Read the full Information Memorandum. Find out which products are to be auctioned in 2006-2010 (in the Information Memorandum). Read the Questions and Answers put forward during the Information Session of 19 May (in the FAQ section). Submit your comments via the FAQ section. (Comments will be kept confidential. Questions will be answered publicly and anonymously.) Check back for draft versions of all legal documents to be ready by 15 June 2005 at the latest (in the Contracts section).

Your input and thoughts
We expect to finalise the legal documents by 1. September 2005. Potential eligible bidders may then register for participation in the auction.
All parties are invited to put forward comments on the legal documents and the auctions in general. The deadline for comments is 20 July. Comments may be sent directly to the Trustee, at dreznek@deloitte.dk, or through the FAQ page on the VPP website.
All comments will be treated confidentially. and given due consideration by the Trustee, the DCA and Elsam.
