We have updated the confidential section of the VPP website:
Draft versions of the legal documents have been published in the contracts’ section 16 June 2005. Submit your comments to the legal documents through the FAQ section. (Comments will be kept confidential. Questions will be answered publicly and anonymously.)

Your inputs and thoughts
We expect to finalise the legal documents by 1 September 2005. Potential eligible bidders may then register for participation in the auction.

All parties are invited to put forward comments on the legal documents and on the auctions in general. The deadline for comments is 18 July 2005. Comments should be sent through the FAQ page on the VPP website. Alternatively, comments may be sent directly to the Trustee at dreznek@deloitte.dk.

All comments will be treated confidentially and be given due consideration by the Trustee, the DCA and Elsam.

Information session in October 2005
Elsam would like to host a second information session on 5 October 2005. The focus of this information session could be on subjects such as:
Valuation: How to valuate the VPP options? Legal Framework: Questions and answers to the legal documents to be submitted by potential participants in the auction.
All parties are encouraged to put forward their ideas to a second information session through the FAQ section. More information will follow. Please mark your calendars!
