Deloitte continues as trustee
Since the last auction the task as trustee for DONG Energy Generation A/S’s sale of Virtual Capacity has been in an EU tender. In order to comply with the EEA Procurement Regulations (Procurement directive 2004/17/EF), the Sellihca Qualification System was used in order to establish a supplier list of companies who were invited to tender. Based on this process the Danish Competition Authority and DONG Energy Generation A/S agreed that Deloitte is still the most suitable choice for handling the task as trustee.
